I'm Wilma. Girl. No dragon tattoo. I love theatre, fashion, music that makes me orgasm and taking pictures. I have split myself between three places (London-Stockholm-Tallinn), but my current hub is Tallinn. Wherever my circus goes, there's always a party. If the party does end, I watch cat videos and blog about it all. Check out my yearly summaries below to get to know me a bit better. Header: Mandel Photography

25

I have survived another 365 day trip around the sun and on Sunday I got wiser, prettier and older. Only one year left of the 'youth ticket', one step closer to full price (and coffin).

Giving is nice, but receiving is better. Fred has had some years of practise, so he always gives me spot on gifts - like this year I got 'Alma and Johannes' sweat, since everyone who can call themselves my friends know what Õnne 13 means to me. I shit you not, they are the greatest power couple. So-so happy. Fred's my Johannes.

OK, I have to start from the beginning. The celebrations started already on Saturday, when Sollentuna family was kind enough to host a little party called "Bye-bye 24":

Here I am imagining how it would be like 60 years from now,
like accidentally stepping on your own tit while taking a shower:

"Fuck Google. Ask me." - a wise man once said:

The nights are bright and full of fun:

Always classy, never trashy:

The fountain of youth = reuniting with your old classmate, who accidentally also lives in Stockholm.
We are having some crazy 32 bus flashbacks here:

The perks of living abroad, the timezones extend your birthday.
This was the biggest candle I have ever blown (is it just me, or does this just sounded dirty?)

I don't know any greater feeling than walking home 4AM on 22th of May.
The intoxication, sunrise and the smell of lilacs (didn't even care about the 12year olds that were puking on the night-bus):

Ugly Beauty sleep and two painkillers later (hanging over gets harder and harder every hear)
I put my red shoes on and tried to ride a sheep:

My seventh birthday together with him.
Still so much in love:

Totally naturally looking at the lilacs and I really didn't know that the picture was taken:

Made and born in the Soviet Union:

I am really grateful for all the wishes I received. Don't worry if you forgot, next year you have another chance. Thanks mama, for doing such a great work 25 years ago in that žiguli:

Home is where your heart is, but what to you do when you're a heartless bitch?

Home is where your heart is, but what to you do when you're a heartless bitch?
Yes, deep-deep questions arise after months long apartment search, which hasn't been easy on us. Affordable/humane/less than 3 hours from Stockholm centre - the trick is that you can pick max two named qualities at the same time. Now we temporarily live at Jakobsberg, which has shorten my sleep-hours quite a lot, hollah to all the people whose workday starts at 7.
Also we survived Eurovision period in Stockholm, which was cray-cray, I mean my phone bill is going to be cray-cray.
Last week as a 24 year old, makes ya think. Maybe it's time for Q10 or C70?
tl;dr Despite all the shit, I still like it here.

Home for May. Very Swedish. Only Volvo is missing.

I mean how cool was that they turned pedestrian crossing more fun for Eurovision. Red light = Euphoria by Loreen and green light = Heroes by Måns.

Bye, bye winter coat.

Embrace yourselves summer time is coming!
This week has brought over 20 degrees and green leaves on the trees (poem much?). I need to re-evaluate my shaving routing, since there's no place for the furry winter coat anymore. Talking about coats, my clothes are now sitting in cardboard boxes, because we are moving to a new apartment room next week. Routine change in all levels. Also my birthday is so around the corner!

The white snowflake just spent three hours outdoors and totally melted away:

I was protected behind this natural wall,
on the other side million boats were racing on the sea.
Note to self - buy a boat!

How nice is this?
Fred is poppin' allergy pills, yo:

Moving out means consuming and selling everything.
Saturday night and  Eastern Europe pops up in the pocket:

Maika nights = the bliss of coming home in the middle of the night with just a maika on:

Summer is going to be full of working hours. A lot of them. Now it is time to dream about August and the holiday I will be having then.

Rolling in the deep with Hometown glory.

This past seven days have had really nice highs and pretty terrible lows. From awesome Adele concert to the death of a family member. Such much mixed feelings.

Look at this rebel with a hump and a fake tattoo:

The last day of April was Valborg here is Sweden, which is pretty huge Midsummer warm-up party.
The Dutch guy lost its Valborg virginity:

"The night is dark and full of terrors"
(a.k.a. I am pretty happy that Game of Thrones new season started):

The awkward moment when the Valborg fireworks beat New Years Eve's butt:

Spring came with a bang:

Note to self: the highlight of April this year, was oh-my how awesome Adele's concert. I mean if you strip her from her music, I would still buy the tickets to see her stand-up show. What a voice! What a character and how funny! I have been to three concerts in my life, where I knew all the lyrics by heart (Pink in 2006 (!) and Jessie Ware) and Adele's was one of them. It was so so so cool!

I mean the concert must have been good, since I got really bad news during the show and cried my eyes out, yet still remember the night in nice colours. Adele takes the pain away:

After the bad news I took the iron-bird to Tallinn.
24h at home is surely not enough:

Ott was kind enough to lend me his car, so I could visit my relatives.
The cruising around while sun is setting and listening Estonian rap or Beyonce's new album is a bliss.
Drivers passing by surely thought I was a lunatic:

All shit beside, I managed to ace my Swedish exam and am really close to finally graduating:

This video is only for me to watch, because despite shitty phone quality it brings back the coolest moment of the show:
